Beginning Hatha Series
Hatha Yoga is the basis for all other forms of yoga and this beginning series is specifically designed for the new yoga student or those who would like a refresher course. The series will introduce students to a variety of postures (asanas), breath awareness, and relaxation methods in a comfortable and supportive environment. By taking a series of classes, students will gain the confidence to sign up for a regularly offered yoga class or to maintain a home practice.
Mondays at 7:15 - 8:30 pm
Series#1: Sept 13, 20 & 27
Series#2: Oct 4, 11 & 18
Series#3: Nov 1, 8 & 15
Series#4: Dec 6, 13 & 20
3 week series $45 / Pre-registration required
